Latrobe Valley Supply Chain Transition Plan – RDV
The LVSCTP provided Latrobe Valley supply chain companies with the support they need to plan for their future, including access to new sectors and markets.
This work included
1. Business Diagnostic – an initial check of the business’ status
to help identify future opportunities and next steps.
2. Business Transition Plan – A more in-depth
identification of diversification opportunities and includes
the strategies and capabilities the business needs to pursue
in order to transition to future opportunities in forestry or
other industries.
3. Business Transition Plan Implementation – Delivery of the business transition plans
