The Project Brief: To support the implementation of Maximo at Newport and Jerralang Power Stations, including:
1. Create plant location / asset hierarchy in appropriate format to load into Maximo and identify plant isolatable items for ePAS.
2. Collate PM data and align with assets and format to load into Maximo.
3. Collate Job Plans and format to load into Maximo.
4. Collate Safety Plans and format to load into Maximo.
5. Identify and create Inventory items and format to load into Maximo.
6. Create inventory, bins and stores and format to load into Maximo.
7. Provide advice on processes, configuration and operating model as
required
