As I dive into preparing for an upcoming senior management lean Hoshin session, I can’t help but reflect on the journey of transformation that has brought me here. Crafting each slide reminds me of the moments we’ve moved teams, projects, and organisations forward – finding efficiencies, building resilience, and, most importantly, creating lasting impact.

Each transformation has been unique, shaped by the dedication and vision of every individual involved. Perhaps you were part of one of these journeys? Maybe you recognised a challenge in your own team or set a bold direction that redefined possibilities.

Here’s to all those in transformation roles, pushing boundaries, and driving change. Lean is about people as much as process, and every step forward is built on the contributions of those willing to look beyond the status quo.
