Hi I’m Neil Betts Co-Founder of Go True North in Australia and Founder of Go True North in the UK. As the primary contact for our consultancy, I oversee client engagements and collaborate with our Australian team to ensure we deliver tailored solutions that align with our proven methodologies.
I am deeply committed to understanding the challenges businesses face, from problem identification to solution management. By leveraging strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and a focus on client success, I aim to help organisations and entrepreneurs unlock their full potential.

The Back Story
As a Management and improvement systems coach, I help organisations, business owners and individuals improve their business performance. With an ability to see the big picture, I can identify strategic issues, as well as translate process problems to enable technology to deliver solutions.

Before co-founding In2 Project Management & Go True North in 2013, my career progressed from the shop floor to the board room with extensive experience working for global organisations in the United Kingdom and Australia. Starting out as a craft apprentice at the Central Electricity Generating Board, I continued to expand my engineering knowledge in a variety of increasingly senior roles in the United Kingdom.
My journey with Go True North began in 2007 in Australia, where I was privileged to work with Chris Allford to develop a project framework for a leading mining and power producer. Over the years, our combined expertise led us to spearhead successful business start-ups, transformation initiatives, and change management projects. In 2023, I returned to the UK, bringing this wealth of experience to establish Go True North UK in February 2024.
